Christina Kaldany left Boston University's venture arm to join Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. She was named one of six people in MA to watch under the age of 30 by Mass High Tech in 2008. She has recently been promoted to Director of Business Development at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, a venture-backed company that has raised over $200MM in venture capital.
