We will select 20 members for this year's Program. As a member of SLP, you will be immersed in a 9-month program that will expose you to some of the world's most famous and reputable entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, lawyers, and accountants, among others in the ecosystem.
What happens in the program ?
We meet once a month, and occassionaly twice a month for 2.5 hours, after which we get together for drinks and networking. During the monthly event, you will be involved in pitching to your classmates, organizing events, and engage in fireside chats with top-notch entrepreneurs and VCs. We also organize a couple of full-day workshops and company tours throughout the year. From your participation in meetings and workshops to numerous professional development opportunities, SLP will help you hone critical hard and soft skills for pitching and presenting your venture, negotiating deals, financial modeling, learning important legal issues and developing effective business plans. You will have unmatched opportunities to brainstorm, test and refine your ideas with peers, SLP alumni and mentors. You may even find a business partner! You will also have opportunities to plan and lead expert panels and to mentor start-ups.
Most importantly, you will have a great deal of fun (lots of social events and happy hours), make new friends, build an incredible network that includes 24 alums from previous batches, and further your professional development. Several TLP alumni have gone on to the world's top business schools and post-doctoral programs and have launched companies.
